I can’t say enough about Dr. Rob and the Institute. After several other doctors and a nurse practitioner I finally found a doctor who knows how to use hormones! Dr. Rob explained in great detail not only why I need to replace the hormones I no longer make because of having my uterus and ovaries removed but how I should be using them and what levels they should be at to be effective. He makes the whole process very simple and easy and your medications ship directly from the pharmacy to you, which is great because I don’t really have the time to deal with waiting at local pharmacies. They are always available to answer questions and never seem to be in a rush and spend a great deal of time with you as well. Kyle the office manager is extremely friendly and is very prompt at taking care of any request. Dr. Rob and Kyle get all A’s in my book.
